A Cleveland Floaters experience, on stage
Admiral Jim brings a funny, interactive keynote and the Sink Your Worry ceremony to corporate and leadership events. A little laughter. A moment to set something down. A chance to leave the room feeling lighter.
What it is
On the Cleveland Floaters boat, guests write down a worry and sink it. People laugh. Then it gets a little quiet. Then they laugh again.
Admiral Jim brings that same moment to your event. It's a keynote with a group ritual built in. Reflection, connection, and a symbolic release, delivered by a guy in a captain's hat who takes the moment seriously and himself not at all.
How the ceremony works
Jim opens with stories from the boat and the kind of Cleveland humor that gets a room loosened up.
Everyone gets a slip. Write a worry, or don't. Write only what you're comfortable writing. Nobody reads it.
The group does a short, symbolic ritual to set those worries down. Silly on the surface. Sincere underneath.
No big promises. Just a shared moment your team can point back to later.
Privacy, plainly: nobody shares their note. Nobody reads it aloud. We never collect, keep, or display what anyone writes. This is a symbolic group moment, not therapy.

About Admiral Jim
Jim runs Cleveland Floaters, where Sink Your Worry started. The "Admiral" part is a character. He did not earn it. He gave it to himself, and nobody has stopped him.
On stage he's warm, quick, and very Cleveland: dry humor, zero pretense, real care for the people in the room.
Certified Worry Removal Specialist*
*Certified by the Admiral's Office. Which is a joke. Not a clinical, psychological, or professional credential, and not a real military rank.

FAQ
Each person gets a slip of paper. They write down a worry, or nothing at all. Then the group does a short, slightly ridiculous, surprisingly sincere ritual to symbolically sink those worries together. Jim leads the whole thing. It's a moment, not a procedure.
No. Participation is optional, start to finish. People can write, doodle, hold a blank slip, or just watch. Nobody gets called out.
Never. No one reads a note aloud, explains it, or hands it to anyone to read. Write only what you feel comfortable writing.
Nobody reads them. We never collect, keep, photograph, or display what people write. The notes stay private and go away as part of the ritual.
No. Sink Your Worry is a symbolic group ritual with a lot of laughs in it. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or trauma care. People can pick a serious personal worry if they want to, but they never need to disclose anything, and this is not a place for trauma work.
No and no. The Admiral is a comedic character from Cleveland Floaters. 'Certified Worry Removal Specialist' is certified by the Admiral's Office, which is a joke. No military rank or professional credential is implied.
